What forms of Payment do you accept?

When will my order Ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will ship the same day! Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day. While most items are in stock it is possible for orders to require additional processing time. Prescription lens orders can take up to 1 week in our lab and 1-2 weeks for digital free-form lenses direct from Bolle' and WileyX.


What is the status of my order?

If you created an account during checkout it is possible to view the status of your order by simply logging into your account. You may also contact our customer service professionals at any time via email or Live Chat.


How long will it take until I receive my Order?

On standard Free Shipping within the Continental US, the lead-time is generally 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. On Express shipments your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method you select.


How do I get my tracking number?

The tracking information for every order will be automatically emailed once the product has been shipped. Please make sure you add this email: info@RhinoSafetyGlasses.com to your safe senders list and check your Spam or Junk mail folders if you do not receive the email.


Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes we do, but our free shipping policy does not apply to international addresses. For most countries we have a flat rate of $14.95 for any size order.
